What is... Soy? Soy fibers are made from a byproduct of soybean oil processing. The material that is left behind after the oil is squeezed out is refined and liquefied. It's a cool way to use leftovers! Soy doesn't love high heat or steam, so test a warm iron on a swatch before pressing.
